Why use an estate planner or will writer?

These are used to give property/money to the right person, at the right time.

Trustee Support
We offer support to Trustees in managing a Trust they are a guardian for.

Lasting Power of Attorney
This is how you give someone directions and permission to manage your money and assets if you are no longer able to.

Probate & Estate Administration
This is the support needed after the loss of a loved one. This might be finding funeral directors or celebrants or help with filling in forms and finding out information about accounts and pensions.

Deputyship and the Court of Protection
This is needed when you need to support someone who doesn’t have mental capacity to make decisions themselves.
